Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized and hand-painted nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair refund and cancellation policy.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the painting or production process has started, cancellation is not permitted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• The wrong item was delivered

Customers must share clear images or videos as proof within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Processing

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout via Razorpay.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:

• Customized or personalized products
• Size-related issues (please refer to the size chart before placing your order)
• Minor color or design variations caused by the hand-painted process
